This course provides an in-depth understanding of MPLS-based Layer 3 VPNs, focusing on configuration and monitoring practices using Junos OS. It covers MPLS Layer 3 VPN concepts, scalability, inter-provider VPNs, and multicast applications, along with Junos-specific implementations.

Participants will engage in hands-on labs using Juniper Networks vMX Series devices, reinforcing their learning and application skills on both vMX and other MX Series devices. Targeted at network professionals, the course is designed to enhance expertise in managing complex Layer 3 VPN environments.


Participants in this course should have intermediate-level networking knowledge, including familiarity with OSPF, ISIS, BGP, and Junos policy. They are expected to have experience configuring MPLS label-switched paths using Junos.
