BDM-Training & Education Sales (IT Networking Technology)

Role & Responsibilities

  • Work on New Client acquisition and nurturing existing accounts.
  • Research and develop strategies and plans which identify new marketing opportunities, direct marketing, and new project development. 
  • Building rapport with OEM pre-sales & sales team.
  • Establishing a network with Channel partners/ vendors. 
  • Invest in self-development to seek greater heights for self and team’s outstanding business targets.
  • Weekly reviews with team, monitor and ensure progress for sales numbers.
  • Directly manage major and critical developing client accounts, and coordinate the management of all other accounts.
  • Weekly reviews with team, monitor and ensure progress for sales numbers.
  • Responsible for Preparing Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Sales Reports and annual Sales & Marketing Plans.

Requirement

  • Should have excellent communication, social, and interpersonal skills
  • Should have 3-5 years of IT Sales training experience
  • Should have met the yearly goals/targets in the previous organizations
  • Candidate should have experience in Training & Development/IT sales (preferred)
  • Fair knowledge of Training Industries
  • Candidate should be ready to travel to Pan India

Wireless Networking Instructor/Trainer (Aruba/Juniper) – Full-time

Skills/Experience

  • Minimum 2-3 years of authorized training delivery experience in the IT Training & Education industry
  • Good understanding of security technology and relating the value to a customer’s security and networking requirements.
  • Trainer Certifications JNCI/CCSI/PCSI/FCT are preferred
  • Vendor certifications CWNP, CCNP CCIE, ACSA ACSP, ACMP added advantage
  • Demonstrated success in previous trainer roles
  • First-class presentation and planning skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Be a natural team player and have the desire to work with others for broader success
  • Be able to operate successfully in a rapidly changing, ambiguous, and less-defined environment

Responsibilities

  • Delivering authorized training courses to customers in APAC
  • Participate in certification boot camps, attend TTT Train the Trainer
  • Work with partners to get certified as required
  • Maintain the high standard of training delivery as mandated by Training partners
  • Work with our operations group to ensure successful course delivery
  • Represent Datacipher, Training & Education at conferences and events as required
