The Palo Alto Networks Certified Cloud Security Professional certification is designed for professionals who want to validate their ability to secure cloud environments using the Cortex Cloud platform.
It focuses on the tools and techniques used to manage cloud security across posture management, runtime protection, application security, and security operations.
This certification is well- suited for cloud security administrators and SOC analysts who work with Cortex Cloud and want to demonstrate their proficiency in managing cloud security at an operational level.
There are no formal prerequisites for this certification.
Candidates should have a basic understanding of the Cortex Cloud platform and related cloud security concepts. Working knowledge of cloud deployments, OS fundamentals, vulnerability management, and SOC processes is also recommended.
Familiarity with application security, cloud posture management, and current trends in cloud security will be helpful when preparing for this exam.
