The workshop is built around a business simulation with real-world scenarios, team-based collaborative activities, and capability bursts that develop the power skills Platform Owners need to drive platform value across their organization.
This workshop is designed for customers, partners, and employees who are current Platform Owners, aspiring Platform Owners, or experienced ServiceNow practitioners such as process owners, product owners, or seasoned system administrators who want to think more holistically about the platform and its impact across their organization.

No. This is a leadership workshop, not a technical training. It focuses on the mindset, decision-making skills, and leadership capabilities required to be an effective Platform Owner. Participants are expected to already have solid hands-on ServiceNow experience.

Palo Alto Networks Training Credits and Vouchers – We accept both training credits and training vouchers issued by Palo Alto Networks.
