Learn how to design, build, and operate security automation workflows using Cortex XSOAR. This four-day instructor-led course combines structured lectures with hands-on labs to help security professionals automate incident response, integrate security tools, and streamline SOC operations across complex environments.
This instructor-led training introduces participants to Cortex XSOAR, Palo Alto Networks’ security orchestration, automation, and response pQlatform. The course focuses on how Cortex XSOAR enables organizations to investigate incidents, manage threat intelligence, and automate security operations by integrating existing security tools and data sources.
Participants will learn how to investigate incidents such as phishing campaigns, build and manage dashboards and reports, configure engines and load balancing groups, and use built-in and external integrations to automate security processes. Through guided labs, learners will design automation use cases by developing playbooks and automation scripts that reduce manual effort and accelerate response outcomes.
Participants should have a basic understanding of networking concepts, core cybersecurity principles, and experience navigating Windows and Linux environments using both graphical and command-line interfaces.
