Human Resources Fundamentals is a two-day instructor-led course designed for professionals who configure and administer the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery application.

The course covers the full scope of the HRSD application, from HR case management and service catalog configuration to knowledge management, skills-based routing, and platform analytics. Through a combination of course content and hands-on labs, participants work as HR Administrators to build practical experience configuring and using the application in real-world scenarios.
