Human Resources Implementation is a two-day instructor-led course designed for consultants and administrators who need to implement the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery application.
The course provides a best practice approach to configuring HRSD using base instance functionality. Designed and delivered by implementation experts, it combines lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on labs to walk participants through real-world implementation scenarios in their own student instance. Topics include core HRSD configuration, case assignment, security, integrations, localization, and Now Intelligence solutions. Where time allows, participants can also work through an HR Implementation Simulator at the end of the course.

#1. Are the prerequisites for this course mandatory?
Yes. All seven prerequisites are mandatory. Learners must complete Welcome to ServiceNow, ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals, Get Started with Now Create, ServiceNow Platform Implementation, Employee Center Essentials, Introduction to HR Service Delivery, and HRSD Fundamentals before attending this course.

#3. Will I get hands-on practice during the course?
Yes. The course is structured in a lecture, demo, lab, and discussion format. Participants work through hands-on lab exercises in their own student instance with live instructor assistance throughout the two days.
#4. Is there an implementation simulator included?
Yes, where time allows. Participants have the opportunity to work through the HR Implementation Simulator at the end of the course, allowing them to explore concepts further and ask the instructor questions as they work.
