IT Service Management Implementation is a three-day instructor-led course designed for technical professionals who implement ServiceNow ITSM applications.

The course goes beyond the fundamentals by focusing on the how and why of ITSM configuration. Participants work through real-world implementation scenarios using a low-code or no-code approach, covering the baseline capabilities, security, and architecture of core ITSM applications. Prerequisites
