Overview

Platform Analytics Advanced is a two-day instructor-led course designed for Platform Analytics Administrators and Power Users who are ready to go beyond the fundamentals.

Building directly on the Platform Analytics Fundamentals course, this course covers advanced techniques for measuring process performance and creating impactful visualizations. Through a mix of lectures and hands-on labs, participants work in their own dedicated training instance to configure bucket groups, scripted breakdowns, advanced data sources, Spotlight, metric-based indicators, index indicators, and advanced dashboard filtering.

Prerequisites
  • Welcome to ServiceNow
  • ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals or equivalent
  • Platform Analytics Overview (free, self-paced on-demand course)
  • Platform Analytics Fundamentals or equivalent

Learners who have not been actively practicing the concepts from Platform Analytics Fundamentals should complete the free Platform Analytics Fundamentals Review on-demand course before attending this class.

Note: Advanced ServiceNow experience is not required, but some platform familiarity is expected.
