Learners focused only on analyzing trends or building dashboards should consider the free introductory courses available on ServiceNow University first.
#2. What experience do I need before taking this course?
Learners should have completed Welcome to ServiceNow and ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals, or have equivalent platform experience. New Platform Analytics users should also complete the free Platform Analytics Overview on-demand course before attending to get the most out of the class.
#3. Will I get hands-on practice during the course?
Yes. Extensive hands-on lab exercises are included in every module and participants work in their own dedicated training instance throughout both days of the course.
#4. Does this course lead to a certification?
Yes. Upon successful completion, learners can enroll in the corresponding Micro-Certification path on ServiceNow University to complete the assessment and earn the Platform Analytics Micro-Certification.
