Service Portal Fundamentals is a two-day instructor-led course designed for professionals who want to build and customize Service Portals on the ServiceNow platform.

The course covers the full Service Portal application, from configuring existing portals to building new ones from scratch. Through a combination of demos, lectures, group discussions, and hands-on labs, participants work in their own student instance to create portals, themes, pages, menus, and widgets that deliver a consistent and intuitive user experience.

  • Welcome to ServiceNow
  • ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals, with 6+ months of hands-on administration experience
  • Although all scripts are provided for lab exercises, a basic understanding of the following will help participants interpret and work through them more easily:
    • Scripting in ServiceNow
    • AngularJS
    • Bootstrap
    • CSS
    • HTML
