The ServiceNow Agile and Test Management Implementation Micro-Certification is for professionals who want to demonstrate their ability to implement Agile Development 2.0 and Test Management 2.0 within ServiceNow.

Candidates should complete the following prerequisite training before enrolling: Welcome to ServiceNow, ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals, ServiceNow Platform Implementation, Performance Analytics Overview, and Strategic Portfolio Management Implementation.
Required training includes the Agile Development 2.0 Implementation and Test Management 2.0 Implementation courses on ServiceNow University. The assessment simulator becomes accessible upon completion.
Candidates are expected to have around six months of experience on ServiceNow deployment or maintenance projects.
