The ServiceNow Automated Test Framework Essentials Micro-Certification is for professionals who want to demonstrate their ability to develop, execute, and administer testing using the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework.
It focuses on how candidates use ATF to reduce testing costs, manage risk, and protect the value of their ServiceNow investment through structured and repeatable test processes.
Candidates should complete the Welcome to ServiceNow and ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals training before taking the ATF Essentials course. The micro-certification exam becomes available upon completion of the required training.
Candidates are expected to have around six months of experience on ServiceNow deployment or maintenance projects and some familiarity with scripting in ServiceNow.
The micro-certification focuses on developing and executing test cases, administering the Automated Test Framework, and applying ATF best practices to manage quality and reduce risk across ServiceNow implementations.
