The ServiceNow Flow Designer Fundamentals Micro-Certification is for professionals who want to demonstrate their ability to implement and configure automated workflows using Flow Designer within ServiceNow.
It focuses on how candidates build flows, actions, and subflows that automate business processes across the Now Platform without requiring extensive scripting knowledge.
This credential is part of the Accounts Payable Operations, Sourcing and Procurement Operations, and Supplier Lifecycle Operations Credential Suites.
Candidates should complete the Welcome to ServiceNow and ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals training before taking the Flow Designer Fundamentals course. The exam becomes available upon completion of the required training.
Candidates are expected to have around six months of experience on ServiceNow deployment or maintenance projects.
