The ServiceNow GRC Business Continuity Management Micro-Certification is for professionals who want to demonstrate their ability to implement the ServiceNow Business Continuity Management application.

Candidates should complete the following prerequisite training before enrolling: UI Builder Fundamentals, Strategic Portfolio Management Fundamentals, Get Started with Now Create, and ServiceNow Platform Implementation.
Required training includes Welcome to ServiceNow, ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals, and the GRC Business Continuity Management Implementer course. The assessment simulator becomes accessible upon completion.
Candidates are expected to have around six months of experience on ServiceNow deployment or maintenance projects.
