The ServiceNow Playbooks Advanced Micro-Certification is for professionals who want to demonstrate their ability to create and configure advanced processes using Playbooks and Process Automation Designer within ServiceNow.
It builds on foundational playbook knowledge and focuses on how candidates design and implement more complex process automation scenarios using the Process Automation Designer.
This credential is part of the Application Developer Core Skills Micro-Certification Suite.
Candidates should complete ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals, Introduction to Playbooks and Process Automation Designer, and the Playbooks and PAD Fundamentals course before enrolling in the exam.
Candidates are expected to have at least one year of experience on ServiceNow projects, familiarity with ServiceNow workspace interfaces such as Agent Workspace, and a working knowledge of Flow Designer.
