This credential is part of the Accounts Payable Operations, Sourcing and Procurement Operations, and Supplier Lifecycle Operations Credential Suites.
Candidates should complete ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals before taking the Service Portal Fundamentals course. The exam becomes available upon completion of the required training.
Candidates are expected to have around six months of experience on ServiceNow deployment or maintenance projects.
