The ServiceNow Virtual Agent Implementer Micro-Certification is for professionals who want to demonstrate their ability to configure, implement, maintain, and administer the Virtual Agent application within ServiceNow.
It focuses on how candidates build and manage conversational AI experiences that help employees and customers resolve issues and complete requests through automated, intelligent interactions.
This credential is part of multiple Credential Suites, including CSM Pro, HR Pro, ITSM Pro, Healthcare and Life Sciences Pro, and several Now Assist Pro Plus Suites.
There are no formal prerequisites for this micro-certification.
Candidates are expected to have around six months of experience on ServiceNow deployment or maintenance projects. Completing the Virtual Agent Fundamentals, Virtual Agent Implementation, and Natural Query Language Understanding courses on ServiceNow University is required before accessing the assessment simulator.
The micro-certification focuses on implementing and administering the Virtual Agent application within ServiceNow, including how conversation flows are designed, natural language understanding is configured, and the application is maintained in production environments.
